Jessica Lane is an award winning soprano based in Toronto, Canada. This past year, Jessica received two consecutive prizes from The Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and won the Kammeroper Schloss Rheinsberg International Singing Competition.
Notable opera credits include: the title role of “Tosca” (2016), Adalgisa in “Norma” (2016), Mutter and Hexe in “Hänsel und Gretel” (2014), Foreign Princess in “Rusalka” (2014), the title role in Carmen (2012), Der Komponist in Strauss’ “Ariadne auf Naxos” (2012), Nicklausse in “Les Contes d’Hoffmann” (2011), Marcellina in “Le Nozze di Figaro” (2011).
Ms. Lane’s musical theatre credits include: Bloody Mary in “South Pacific” (2011), B.J. in “Smokey Joe’s Cafe” (2010), Alice Beane in “Titanic: A New Musical” (2005).
